The usual three routes for your enjoyment this Sunday. Rides start in Ivinghoe by the church (or join later into the ride). We return to the same spot, close to the Rose and Crown public house for refreshments and post ride chat.

Thanks to route planners Richard and Dave for providing medium and short options this week.

Being the first Sunday on the month the longer ride has a cofee stop in it. Starting at 9am we will loop round to Home Ground (Long Marston) for a 10am coffee stop and then restart at 10.30am, this will give riders the choice of doing the whole route or join us at 10am for coffee and/or 10.30am for the final 36 miles.

The meduim route this week is a nice loop under Whipsnade, through Berkhamsted and over to Hastoe for a drop into Tring, a classic velos Sunday route of 30 miles with 1,600 feet of climbing.

The short route is a tour around Tring and it’s environs, it’s 20 miles with 800 feet of climbing
