HOW TO ORDER
If you have ordered stuff before, please use your email address and the password you created last time.
If it is your first order:
Navigate your browser to https://eucustom.champ-sys.com/Login/en-GB/Default.aspx
In the right hand panel, titled “CS DIRECT MEMBER LOGIN” enter in the following details :
user name / email : ivinghoe
password : clubkit2015
This is the only time you will need to use those login details. The system will ask you to register using your own email address and password. These personal details are what you can use the next time you come back to the site.
Once registered, you should be presented with a “My Account” page that lists our “Ivinghoe Velos Store” and an “Order Now” link. You can then choose and pay for the kit items you would like to order. Once manufactured, all of the clothing will be sent as one delivery to me (Sally) and I will arrange distribution. This should be about 6 weeks after the order closes.
To compare different items of clothing, follow this link:

Saturday 10 am DIY Tea Ride

It looks like a lovely sunny morning tomorrow, but your ride leaders are away! Meet at 10 am tomorrow and pick a tea room of your choice. Nominate a lead rider, and someone to go at the back and make sure no one is left behind. Do a head count at the start (helpful when wondering whether you have lost anyone later). Have a longer and shorter ride if required. Eat cake, cycle and have fun!

Velos Rides for Sunday 9th August 2015

Another early start on offer this week taking us to Oxford the opposite way to last time. Whilst it will be a fairly long ride, it is relatively flat so if you fancy getting a some big miles in, this might be a good time to do it.
The other two rides are kindly supplied by Mr Dave “Legs” Bembridge, the longer route of which he will be leading a sensible paced group.

8am start, 76 miles to Oxford and back

10am start, 31 miles

10am start, 18 miles

As always, we depart from the Rose and Crown in Ivinghoe and ask that you bring a copy of your chosen route with you.

A heads-up about the early starts in the next few weeks : Mr Dave “High Cadence” Howe is suggesting some 100 mile excursions with sensible stops for refreshment along the way. Have a look on our Facebook Rear Hub group to see the discussions.

Annual Pimms Pilgrimage Tea Ride

It’s that time of year AGAIN! (sorry!)
The Annual Pilgrimage to Ashridge to hunt down the S-max full of Pimms & Cake.

Two routes to choose from …. slow and steady, via Dudswell and New Road or slightly faster via Slapton & Dagnall….  Feel free to swap groups after the stop should you feel inclined.

If you’re planning on coming, it would be great if you could let us know so that we can ensure there’s enough cycling sustenance ….. (thus the early post!)

Both groups leave the Rose & Crown at 10am on Saturday… returning at lunchtime for further refreshments as required.

Velos Rides for Sunday 2nd August 2015

Sunday Rides

Three rides to tempt you with this week. The forecast is decent so we are including a long early start.

8am Start, 64 miles to Homer & Croxley Green

10am Start, 35 miles to Woburn

10am Start, 25 flat miles to Stoke Mandeville

As always, we begin from the Rose and Crown in Ivinghoe at the time indicated. The early start ride is likely to be at around 16mph average. The other rides will include people doing a more sensible pace and so will suit all abilities. Please bring a copy of the ride with you either on paper or in your GPS cycling computer thingamabob.

Ride London 100

The best of luck to Jose, Elke, Sarah, Julian, Jeremy, Andrew, David, Brian and John who are riding the Ride London 100 tomorrow. We wish you tail winds the whole way round, especially up Leith and Box hills.
