Ivinghoe Velos Rides For Sunday 30th october 2022

This weekend the clocks change (you heard it here first… about a month ago!) So you get an extra hour of preperation time before you meet up with the rides this week! As always we meet at Ivinghoe church at 9am (50 miles) , 10am (29 miles) or 10.30am (22 miles). New riders always welcome as well as anyone who has lapsed recently!!! Ivinghoe Velos Rides For Sunday 16th October 2022

To help with the cost of living crisis, here is something you can do on Sunday morning at little or no cost. Meeting at Ivinghoe church at 9am, 10am or 10.30am we have three delightful routes for your enjoyment. Rides can be split into pace groups As a guideline the 9am route rides between 15mph and 16mph while the later rides have a range of groups often from 13mph upwards. Further good news is we are freezing Velos membership costs this year at the current level of zero, meaning you might be able to afford a small investment in our lovely blue outfits. Here is a link to the kit order which is currently open until 20th October https://eucustom.champ-sys.com/GB/en-GB/g/OrderForm.aspx?k=9D44E77496A17AB9A86D57A28819EBA830506DD6ABFFF2AF

The 9am route is a nice accessable 48 miles with the half way point around Haddenham, the 10am route takes us out to Brickhill while the 10.30 route does some gentle hills around Tring.

Roll on Sunday.

Ivinghoe Velos Rides For Sunday 9th October 2022

Three routes all strating from Ivinghoe church on Sunday morning! The 9am ride tends to be around 15-16mph, we can split into groups if riders want faster or slower. The 10am route will have various pace options. Head over to the facebook poll to share your intention and be realistic with your expected pace. The 10.30 shorter ride is a good stepping stone from riding solo to joining in with a group.

The 9am and 10am routes have a common final 16 miles, so you may see some familiar faces while you speed along Gaddesden Row.
