Three routes your your enjoyment this weekend. The 9am route is a lotto roll over from last week with a 47 mile visit to Woburn Sands. The 10am route, provided by Bob, originally crafted by Dave B, is 30 miles which stays fairly close (always within 6 miles of Ivinghoe). The 10.30 ride, designed by Grant takes riders to the edge of Heaven…. oh no, I mean the edge of Leighton Buzzard.

We aim to leave no one behind, so look over your shoulder and call out if the group is pulling away from a back marker. The sum of the parts is stronger than the individual, team work makes the dream work (or maybe we can talk “buffalow theory” where the herd is only as fast as the slowest beast)

All rides start from Ivinghoe church. Three choices, 46 miles to Woburn Sands, 32 miles over to Flamstead, 22 miles down to Rays Hill.

For Sunday 9th November we shall remember them.

Our routes will stop at Ivinghoe church just before 11am

The 9am route will travel 27.5 miles before the stop and the 10am route will travel 12.5 miles before the stop. This week it’s important to start the ride at the advertised time to ensure riders are back to the church on time. The second part of both routes is the same loop so riders can decide whether to stick with their original group or mix it up for the final 17 miles. Anyone who didn’t start with the morning groups can join at this stage too.

As we gather outside the church it would be great if as many riders as possible are able to wear our special blue group kit.
