Can anyone who hasn’t made their meal choices yet make sure they do by tomorrow (Sunday) lunchtime please? It’s a hard task as it means going into the Rose and Crown- could be combined with a drink? If you can’t make it to the pub this weekend, the menu is on the pub website so you can give them a ring and let them have your choices. Also if you want to go but haven’t yet paid a deposit, there may be room for one or two more if you get in quickly. Hope to see lots of you there.
Meet at the Rose and Crown for a gentle paced cycle ride out for tea and back again for more.
Looking forward to seeing you all at 10am outside the Rose and Crown for tea and cake adventures.
Meet at the Rose and Crown for cycling, tea and cake. Every Saturday. Whatever the weather- but it’s mostly sunny.
It’s that time of year again, the roads are dirty and bikes and riders come home covered in muck. Protect yourself, your bike, and most importantly your fellow riders by fitting mudguards. If you enjoy riding in a group it is important to have mudguards.
These are very easy to fit and also very easy to remove again in spring so no excuses: http://www.crudproducts.com/products/roadracer
There is even a video to show you how to fit them. Then come out and enjoy some winter cycling!
If you haven’t been out on your bike for a while, come and join us for a gentle cycle ride out for tea and cake. Meet at 10 am at the Rose and Crown.
See you there
Sally
